Sub-processors
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Floxar, Inc. ("Floxar") uses the third-party service providers listed below ("sub-processors") to process customer data on its behalf in providing the Floxar platform. Each is bound by written data protection obligations. This page is the current list referred to in our Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service and the Secrets Vault Terms.
Current sub-processors
| Provider | Purpose | Customer data processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. | Cloud infrastructure and storage, authentication (Amazon Cognito), email delivery (Amazon SES), and search indexing for AI features (Amazon Bedrock) | All customer data the platform stores and processes, including Secrets Vault data, which is encrypted so that secret values cannot be read | United States |
| Anthropic, PBC | AI model processing for the platform's AI features, such as the AI Assistant and AI Designer | Only the content needed to handle a given AI request, such as the question and the relevant flows, bits or references. Never Secrets Vault data | United States |
| Microsoft Corporation | Business email (Microsoft 365) | The contents of support and account emails exchanged with Floxar addresses | United States |
Secrets Vault
Amazon Web Services is the only sub-processor that receives Secrets Vault data. It receives encrypted material, public keys, metadata and the access log, and cannot decrypt a secret.
Not sub-processors
- Sign in with Google: if you choose to sign in with Google, Google acts as your identity provider, not on Floxar's behalf. See the Privacy Policy.
- Your own AI clients and agents: clients and agents that you or your organization connect to Floxar act at your direction and under your agreement with their provider.
Changes to this list
We update this page before a new sub-processor begins processing customer data, and record each change below. Where an agreement with Floxar gives you notice of sub-processor changes, such as the Secrets Vault Terms, we notify your account administrators as that agreement provides.
