Welcome to Floxar. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Floxar platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Floxar is a process documentation and workflow automation platform that enables users to:

• Create and manage interactive process flows
• Document operational procedures
• Track user journeys through defined workflows
• Generate analytics and insights on process execution

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify Floxar of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Floxar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Floxar and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
